Steve is a founding partner and runs the creative and design teams at iSEE Store Innovations and iSEE Creative Group. Steve started and ran his own design and retail marketing agency from 2000 to 2011 in St. Louis then transitioned to industrial design in 2011 with the start of iSEE Store Innovations.
Melissa Vonder Haar
Melissa Vonder Haar is the Director of Marketing and Industry Relations at iSEE Store Innovations and consults for iSEE Creative Group on strategic marketing efforts.. Melissa has established herself as a leading voice in emerging categories at mainstream retail for the past decade, specifically within nicotine and cannabis. She first started in the convenience space as a senior editor for CSP and continues to cover these categories as a freelance journalist and industry speaker.

TJ is our Senior Art Director at iSEE Creative Group and is heavily involved in everything creative related at iCG. He has over 15 years of creative experience in the retail space and has worked with some of the top brands in the industry to deliver smart, hard working creative solutions.
Blake Anderson
Blake is a Senior Solutions Engineer at iSEE Creative Group, leading various technical and operational projects. A Zillenial tech enthusiast, Blake launched his first iPhone app at 15 and has been immersed in emerging technologies since 2011. His expertise in technology, automation, and digital activation drives innovative solutions that seamlessly blend digital and physical experiences.

Joe Vonder Haar
Joe Vonder Haar is a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer for iSEE Store Innovations. Vonder Haar’s vision for iSEE is rooted in the strategy that there is a merchandising innovation void from the perspective of the small format retailer. Prior to founding iSEE, he spent three decades with Anheuser-Busch where he ascended to lead the company's $10b+ convenience sales efforts.
